Discussions on decomposition, microbes, moulds and funguses unravelled like a mummy’s bandages. Funnily enough, Violet had recently watched an episode of the magic school bus, that included information about mould and microbes. Interesting how things come together…

Thermomix Easy Spelt Pancakes

Tasty and a lot cleaner than the usual pancake, this is a staple in our house!  It’s so easy to whip up in the thermomix, and I’m sure could be easily adjusted for a blender or old school mixing bowl and beaters.  I usually make 2 batches and freeze half for another day, because……well….easy, delicious…
